Mountain Pathways is the internal arts school of Nikolas Benedikt, and an affiliate branch of Lotus Nei Gong International
We are located in Kelowna, BC, Canada and offer training in Nei Gong – including Qi Gong & Dao yin as well as Yang style Taijiquan – all in accordance with the Level 1 Lotus Nei Gong syllabus as taught by Damo Mitchell. Monthly classes occur in the Kelowna region while weekend courses can happen in various Canadian cities.
The training we provide is comprehensive for internal development and tailored for building a foundation of practice that can eventually take one into advanced energetic and spiritual practice. There are many traps and delusions within energetic work, and our syllabus has a systematic approach for genuine development and progression. Nikolas is a dedicated practitioner of internal cultivation and is a committed instructor to the students that choose to study with him.
